The focus is usually around breads but can also cover ‘healthier’ gluten free cakes, pastries and vegan/gluten free cookery.
Previous days have covered breads including baguettes, brioche and sourdough, shortcrust, puff and choux pastry then cakes (eg: madeleines, lemon drizzle etc)
