Whether you are an experienced baker or not, this course will walk you through everything that is different about gluten free baking.
A totally hands-on day, and you will learn how to make fantastic savoury or sweet scones, shortcrust pastry and lots of fillings, and brilliant loaf of bread and delicious cup-cakes. By the end of the course, you will know not only how to make these 4 delicious items, but how to convert other recipes to gluten free. On all our courses a delicious gluten free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.
