This course is designed to help you make family favourites such as pizza, burger buns, biscuits and chocolate cup cakes - all gluten free, dairy free and even egg free!
The courses are suitable for the novice gluten free cook or the slightly more experienced! It's suitable for children, age 8 upwards (half price for children) - email deborah@glutenfreebaking for more details.
A totally hands-on day - by the end of the course, you will know not only how to make these delicious items, but how to convert other recipes to gluten free /dairy free/egg free. On all our courses a delicious allergen free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.
