There are brilliant baguettes, a really good loaf of white or brown bread, soda bread and sweet brioche. I also demonstrate how to make pizza, which we eat for lunch, and show you how to make a sourdough loaf.
If you’re fed up with the over-priced and underwhelming gluten free loaves in the supermarkets, then perhaps it’s time to learn to bake your own additive-free, artisan style bread. This course will make you a master of the art of gluten free bread baking. On all our courses a delicious gluten free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.
