Returns and refunds
The Gluten Free Flour Co are committed to making high-quality gluten free products for you to enjoy.
We do not provide returns on food products. However, if your products arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we would be happy to provide a full refund within 28 days. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the product please email email@example.com.
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are purchased. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Upon a successful order you will receive an order acknowledgement email. When your order is accepted you will then receive another email confirming your order. You are able to cancel your order via email at any point, until it has been confirmed by a confirmation email.
